Motherhood, Business, and the Message of the Hummingbird

Here are some final thoughts from spiritual business consultant, Lily Finch


...You see, women who have based their value upon the kind of mother they are, prevent their children reaching new heights. Studies have shown that most human beings maintain a certain amount of emotional and financial homeostasis, meaning they only grow about 5% beyond the financial and educational level of their parents. There is this ‘unseen’ net that doesn’t stretch out very far. And yet, this is true, EXCEPT in the cases where a person seeks to heal all false and limited beliefs and fear based illusions of their parents and its effect on them!

This requires that children (who may have previously thought the sun rises and sets on their parents) actually start to question the effects of their parent’s choices, opinions, beliefs and values. This usually doesn’t occur until over the age of 30. In their teens, they fight with us to have the courage to leave us and to give us motivation to let them go! Then it only takes a year or two for them to become best friends with us again--somewhere in their 20’s. But in their 30’s, they have now experienced enough pain, suffering, frustrated desires and failure that it’s time to start asking ‘WHY ISN’T MY LIFE WORKING?’

A healthy parent provides a safe place for their children pain to surface and be transformed. In other words, if we have our values aligned, we will be able to provide a safe place for them to express what we taught them as children-- all that crap we filled their heads with! A healthy, awakened parent wants their children to soar far above and beyond what they, themselves have! But an unhealthy parent can’t bear the shame of hearing about anything that did that didn’t work! And this ‘fear’ of hearing the truth shuts down a child's VITAL time of healing unless the child (now well into adulthood) learns to give themselves permission, with or without their parents ‘allowing’ it.

Judging from most married women who are well into their 70’s and 80’s and who are still fearfully hiding some things from their spouses and saying that their spouse gave them ‘permission’ to do this or that, it’s not a common thing for a person in their 30’s to give themselves this safety despite what their parents think! Most have a lot of difficulty with it because they still emotionally need their parents and haven’t yet arrived at the developmental stage where they come to understand that TO CARE MORE ABOUT WHAT OTHERS THINK means to block their own power of discernment. As a consequence of caring about what others think, children can’t uncover what their own highest purpose is let alone live it. Women who have ‘overcompensated’ for their lousy parenting are notorious for not allowing the safety for her children to grow as they weed the gardens of their own childhood and they are certainly lacking the understanding that the seeds of their own childhood beliefs and fears were already sown into the DNA they passed on long before they actually gave birth to their children. So they passed on their own dysfunctional childhood even without knowing it!

One can learn great messages from the little hummingbird who begins to show up to encourage women on their quest to transform the world by transforming herself. The little hummingbird is so light its weight is nothing! This is significant for the need of humans to let go of carrying the weight and the burden of the traditions of multiple generations of parents that don’t work and to begin to FLY from one beautiful flower to another, gathering the ‘sweet’ nectar of life to walk ‘lightly’ and softly, edifying and elevating all other in the ‘BEAUTY WAY’ on the earth, creating a world where there is no more fear and where all living things, including our beloved planet is cared for and elevated in the process.

Now we, as women are being called! The only ones capable of answering the call, are those who are awakening and seeking to learn the very science of transformation and creativity in order to transform all the limiting beliefs and illusions that have created our planets’ problems and create New models of business, illuminated influence and leadership.

Be your own cheerleader: How to create when those close to you don't believe in you

Let's continue our previous conversation with business and spiritual development coach, Lily Finch.


In the early years when a woman has little babies around her is the most difficult. She needs the care and protection of someone who honors her and her children. Many of us didn’t get that. We had husbands who dominated, manipulated, controlled, deceived, used and abused us and our children because their own insecurities and fears were so great. Some of us had to learn how to go at it alone and raise our children in great financial insecurity in order to be true to ourselves and protect our children. But many women refused to rock the boat of this 'illusionary security’ and stayed put. (This isn’t about a ‘right and wrong’ way, as most single mothers, because their fears and insecurity issues hadn’t been overcome either, just went on to ‘cook up’ even worse conditions for themselves and their children. All perfect. Perfectly painful!)

Now, I am spending the majority of my time consulting with and holding retreats for some of the millions of women at the peak of their lives. Many of them are middle aged and they are just now coming to grips with the fact that they are without the children who gave their life meaning and purpose. Only now are they rubbing the sleep from their awakening eyes, and they are finding out that they don’t know WHO they are. They don’t know their unique purpose and they can’t see that they have reinforced sick and dysfunctional relationships or have just become another one of the ‘good ole boys club’ on the corporate or business ladder. Both extremes are killing them and squelching the last little flicker of life out of them! Their core belief is the same thing it always has been; that if they DO have a dream or DE-SIRE, there are only two choices: make, force, push and manipulate to provide ‘security’ for themselves or stay helpless, weak and dependent on someone else by NOT rocking the boat or speaking their truth...

...In the end, the only person who can really love, honor and cherish you is YOU! And you can only learn how to fully do that by transforming your current belief through a direct experience with Source! Therefore, giving up your dreams to someone else because they can’t handle change, is as effective as asking a plant to grow without light or water! It will kill you! And a relationship which is worth saving-WILL never ask that of you!

Women who want to live a life of freedom, peace and fulfillment have to give up certain things:

1.We have to give up seeking illusionary ‘security’ and seek security from the only place authentic security comes.

2.We have to give up thinking that the way to this authentic security is going to happen without us learning how to align with it. Real security isn’t a random arbitrary event.

3.We have to GROW UP and give up the expectations we might still have of our parents, spouses, partners and any others to be different than they are.

4.We have to grow up and start taking responsibility for RECEIVING truth and the subsequent peace, freedom and fulfillment which comes from truth. (Truth always sets you free, remember?)

5.We have to commit to being true to our truth no matter the cost (and then we will see that there CAN be nothing lost when we do!)

6.We have to stop making others responsible for our lack of intuition and discernment and therefore our happiness.

7.WE have to stop basing our value and our peace upon anything external including:

A.Money or the lack thereof.
B.Unrealistically flawless and thin bodies or ones that are SO not that!
C.Youth or it’s opposite.
D.Caring what others think of us!

As long as we care about the good or the bad OPINION AND ACCEPTANCE of others including those in our communities, the husband/boyfriend, the lack of husband/boyfriend, the church, those we have given authority to, those that tell us what is and isn’t true, we cannot be true to ourselves. And as we get older we have to give up caring even about the very opinion of our adult children! (That is, if we DO want our children to grow and evolve toward Source which is the only way they will find their own peace, freedom and fulfillment!)

What's Your Motivation? You Can't Create From Need or Greed. More Conversation with Lily Finch

Now, let's pick up here from our previous conversation with business and spiritual development coach,Lily Finch,

To be greedy is to fear that there is not enough. However, to say it is greedy, wrong and evil to dream or to seek ‘more,’ is to allow divine creativity to shrivel up and die and to give up the abundance that Source has planned for us in the process! As a matter of fact, desire itself, means to be Sired OF the Father. DE-SIRE! To be created by our Source means to endlessly seek and desire growth. Human beings are the only creature on the planet which even seeks the edge of the very universe! We were created in order to learn to effectively create!

There is another amazing thing we learn in DESIRE. We learn what does and doesn’t work to bring about our desires. We learn that it doesn’t work to seek from THE motive of FEAR! We amass great wealth, fame and so called ‘security,’ and yet, if we do so from subconscious fears, we will now only live in greater fear of ‘losing’ it! And every decision we make will be with that same insane thinking and bring about the very thing we fear! You simply cannot ride two horses with one butt! ‘If you pray for success while preparing for failure you will have that thing for which you have prepared.’ So, how can this be authentic wealth? That is actually authentic HELL! If we acquire to feel ‘enough’ and use it to cover up the illusions of scarcity, lack, limitation and loss, then we have just INCREASED our fear, rather than diminished it, since there is now MORE to lose! If we have based our entire value upon anything other than what brings us peace, we WILL CREATE OUR OWN FEARS and we WILL ‘lose’ it! And yet, even in ‘losing’ it, it is absolutely PERFECT!

So how does one learn to use effective creativity in building new ‘BEAUTY WAY’ models of holistic business, leadership and influence? First it’s important to know the basic, core obstacles women face and will have to learn the keys to first transforming these within themselves before they are capable of attracting AUTHENTIC wealth (on every level) to themselves while at the very same time, elevating humanity and shifting the planet in the process:

1. The overwhelming majority of people on the planet operate from more than 95% subconscious. This means that most people are completely unaware as to not only WHAT they fear but that energy of FEAR, itself, is the source of all suffering!

2. Most people have no clue that their subconscious fears have greater power than their conscious desires!

3. Most people do not know that whatever it is that they desire- always has an equal and opposing fear that blocks the desire from manifesting. In addition, they have no idea that there is a simple formula for how to resolve this!

4. More than 99% of all human beings on the planet do not know HOW to discern TRUTH for themselves and therefore are dependent upon someone they have given authority to discern it for them. And to make matters worse, most of those in authority are clueless as to how to discern truth and will only know how to use their authority to control others for their own security!

5. Most Human beings have been told for thousands and thousands of years WHAT to believe and yet, were NEVER taught HOW to KNOW for THEMSELVES what is true. As long as a person does NOT know how to discern what is true for them, then they will always be controlled and manipulated by those in power and authority over them.

6. Most people on the planet do not know that there are simple and beautiful ways to learn or ‘re-remember their power to discern and intuit truth.

7. Most people on the planet do not know that there is an actual formula and science to unlocking the ability to being the Alchemist of their own life and transforming energy on every level.

8. Most people on the planet live lives of quiet desperation or at the very least, miserable mediocrity. And even though they sense that they have a unique purpose, they are clueless as to how to uncover it.

9. Of those who think that they have identified their purpose, the overwhelming majority are only seeing a one dimensional view of it.

10. Most who want to know their unique purpose have no idea of how to translate it into an effective, holistic model of business which will work because fear blocks creativity!

11. Those who want to know their purpose are often emotionally paralyzed. They are held captive by subconscious beliefs and fears that make it impossible for them to live fully. Their minds have been held captive by such thoughts as:
A. You can’t make a living doing what you love.
B. Life not only HAS to be hard it supposed to be!
C. Anything worth having IS hard.
D. No one can make a living doing ________ anyway.
E. If I don’t push, make and force things to happen, then I’ll be eaten alive in business! Etc. etc. etc.

(It’s no wonder, with beliefs like these, that business on the planet is about hurting others to save oneself. It is this very insane thinking that leaves no doubt why we are where we are!)

In addition, women have played weak, helpless and dependent for thousands of years. They have relied upon mans acceptance and opinion of them in order to BE ENOUGH! God forbid that they should ever rock that boat and upset their man and therefore their security! Men and women both have huge fears of being alone and therefore can’t create the beautiful, meaningful relationships they could have and are intended to have....

A Message from Spiritual Teacher, Lily Finch: The Feminine Keys to Creating Holistic Business Models

As the writer of the New ‘Beauty Way’ Model of Business, Leadership and Illuminated Influence, L.E. Coleman, whom I affectionately call Brother, asked me to join with him and share my opinion about what it will take to build holistic businesses and implement them so that they are not only effective but prosperous.

What I write now will not be easy for most to hear but it is absolutely necessary. Einstein was dead on when he said, ““We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” To approach building new models of holistic business from the same approach that has always been done is to recreate the same current economic and global problems that we have always done. It simply will not work. A good builder knows that the foundation of a home must be square in order to keep the house standing later on. If women approach growing a business in the same way that it has been approached before, we will not grow anything. We will not only constrict life, we will be cooking up the perfect recipe for disaster.

So follow along, you awakening women, to hear the hard but freeing truth about what women have to do in order to not only provide the desires they seek but to change our global situation. And yes, men, you are invited too, as WO+MEN means both men and women whereas ‘MAN’ has left out the ‘WO’ since the beginning of time! To be WO+MEN means you are awakening and integrating the characteristics of both the AUTHENTIC masculine and the AUTHENTIC feminine. So yes, men, you are certainly invited into this discussion if you dare come along. However, I must warn you that it is likely that you will dislike what is being said, even more than women!

Women have typically avoided leadership and business for thousands of years because they believed what they were being told: that they were the ‘weaker sex,’ that business was just too hard, bloody and tyrannical for their ‘gentle’ nature. So women believed that they either had to DO it like men did it or crawl back into their safe little nests and let the guys do the dirty work. After all, business was dirty, right?

The perception when it came to women being in business was that there were only two ways a woman could go. One way was to play the game like it has always been played. That is to say, be a cut throat business-person. The other way was simple: bow out and forget about business altogether . The underlying sentiment a male dominated business world was encapsulated in the stereotypical feeling that you either turn into a cut-throat’ or maintain the sensitivity of caring more about people than things--the old 'either/or fallacy.'

The realization comes (seeing with real eyes) when one sees the truth: that cut throat dog-eat-dog business is simply a business model perpetuated by inauthentic non-leaders. And this non-leader can be a man or woman. The truth of the matter is that both, the business mindset and the model is motivated entirely by FEAR! This kind of business IS--and I repeat--IS the problem! It is the problem because it is founded fear. The fear based beliefs of the majority of people on the planet perpetuates the false notion that there is always scarcity, lack, limitation and loss.

So women won’t be any better than men building new holistic models of business if fear is their motivator. And even worse, due to a woman’s power, she creates even greater negativity in the world! Sorry, that’s just the way it is. There were many women rallying in recent years ‘IT IS TIME FOR A WOMAN PRESIDENT’ without seeing that just ANY woman as president is more dangerous than ever! When you teach a man, you throw a pebble in the water. When you teach a woman, you throw the mountain into the ocean. Women are the first ‘god’ that every human being knows in the world. In just carrying a child alone, she shapes their self image and esteem through the DNA she passes on which holds the memory of all the beliefs and thoughts of those who have come before her! How she loves honors and cares for her child and herself and the subsequent decisions she makes from ‘authentic’ love can change the world without doing another thing! When a man is stuck, he’s a real jerk. And yes, fathers have an enormous effect on their children. But in every book and opinion, every mother is ‘SUPPOSED’ to love her child! Not so strict when it comes to men. So, when a woman is stuck, she’s simply horrendous! And that is why Larry so wisely addressed this book to women! He is one of the few men on the planet who KNOWS!

You see, for thousands of years, people have sought to acquire wealth, power and prestige in order to BE ENOUGH. Of course it doesn’t work. There is never enough- ENOUGH-NESS when you fear NOT being enough. That black hole of emptiness can only be filled with one thing! To seek to build effective holistic business models which we ‘say’ we want in order to shift the planet, that are actually based on the ‘neediness’ of wanting to fill the empty hole of ‘insecurity,’ is to use the same thinking we have for thousands of years! WE have always sought FIRST to resolve on the external level what we ‘perceive’ we lack on the internal level. We will pick up with this in the next blog.

Let's Start Cookin With Crisco! How to Add Meat and Potatoes to Your Idea

"Are you ready to flesh out your idea?"
"Yes."
"Good...I'm glad you're on board. Now, lets get this baby cookin."


Let's talk about Substance, Form and Color, and how to make the idea into something we can see with our own eyes and handle with our little sticky fingers.

All new and related products are made from something. What will yours be made of? What kind of shape will it be and what color will it be? When we begin to mold the material into a shape or form and give it color, the matrix begins to stretch on ad infinitum. Here is a list of possible materials you can use to make your product.

Metal
Ceramic or Glass
Rubber
Cloth
Wood
Paper
Stone

Now, we are going to throw a little color into our mix.

Red
Blue
Green
Yellow
Orange
Violet
Black
White


Okay, so black and white are neutrals or absences of color. Nevertheless, we still call them colors, so we’ll leave them in. Common shapes are used for many products and related products. Click on the Geometric Shapes link in the upper left corner.

These shapes are common to all of us but they are not really eye catching. There is another alternative that people seldom think about. What about making a product or related product using uncommon shapes or symbols—even, numbers and letters? For example, take the capital letter A. (For this exercise I want you to open up a Microsoft word blank document and type a capital letter (A) using an Arial font and then enlarge it to 72) Now, what common product or tool currently meets, or almost matches the configuration of the letter A?

Can you see a ladder or a nutcracker? Look closely. Of course, you can. What about the letter D? (Use a Tahoma font this time.)

Now, if I were to stand the letter D on its flat side and add measurement lines around the arc I’d have a protractor. As far as your imagination goes, the ideas for using letters—or numbers for that matter—is limitless because of the wide range of fonts available for use. I used an Arial Font for the letter A in the first example, and I used the Tahoma font for the letter D because other fonts are serif fonts and include a small line or stroke to finish off the top or bottom of the letter. But include them also when you’re thinking about an idea. You never know what your mind will create when you look at any number or letter for a period of time.
In addition, keep in mind that I only used two letters with two different fonts. Letters and numbers come in a myriad of fonts. They also come in every language under the sun and all of them can be manipulated in one way or another to give a new form to a product. Yes, the entire alphabet of any language can be flipped—turned upside down—or inverted in some manner to give shape to a product. Think outside the box.
This brings us to another thing to keep in mind about ideas. Learn to think globally. Think about your sisters in other cultures. Learn as much as you can about your Arab sister, your Indian sisters, etc. What do they need? What kind of products are they currently using? How would or could you make their life a little easier. Think ‘Wholeness.’

Now, we come back to the matrix of ideas. We’ll keep this matrix in groups of five for greater visual clarity. The end result of manipulating the matrix is to produce the MI, the Manifested Idea which will take the form of any product, new product, information product, media product or offered service.

Thus, I could start my thinking in column (A) because I'm thinking about an article of clothing. But I want this piece of clothing to have a distinct smell to it (B) and I want it made out of plastic (C) and I want it to be yellow (D)
A person who plays with the matrix in this way can easily create a yellow article of clothing made from plastic that smells like bananas. Why not? Thousands of products are scented these days.
For instance,the person or persons who cashed in on the edible panties craze simply use two components from group (A) clothing and food, to engage the senses on all levels (taste, touch, sight and smell)(B) to create a grand novelty item. They weren't functional and they didn't have to be--functionality wasn't part of the plan in their creation. They were created simply as a novelty for fun and perhaps would add a little spice to someone's relationship. Oh...there's that word again: relationship. So, the creators of edible panties actually took three things from our needs list(group A) Food, (although they weren't meant to be totally consumed)Clothing and Relationships. See, I told you--nothing is etched in stone.

Juggle the matrix!

See how this works? Don’t forget that new ideas for products and services can be created to benefit people, animals, plants and any other life form on the planet. In the above example, a scented article of clothing could have been made just as easily for a pet dog or cat as it could for a person. Again, learn to think outside the box. Source wants you to live an abundant life. That means abundance is part of your God-given inheritance. You already know that there is enough money to go around for everybody. Don't let the media scare you into believing that times are too hard. Somewhere, at this very moment, someone is making lots of money off their simple invention in spite of the fact that the naysayers told them the idea would never work and that times were too risky to try to start a business. You and your sisters can pave the way for a better life yourselves, your family and the world at large . You came into this physical reality to experience joy--that's your purpose--to live a life of joy. Joy is a part of the journey no matter what obstacles you face or go through. This is your moment.

Show 'em' your Underalls! How to Stretch Your Idea Into Long Money

Maybe you're too young to remember those popular Underalls commercials of the 1980's. Underalls were not the first stockings ever invented nor were they the first heavily marketed pantyhose for women. There were the unforgettable Leggs commercials of the 70's and 80's,coupled with the No Nonsense line--and who could forget that 'Gentlemen Prefer Hanes?' Yes the pantyhose business was booming and everybody had their hand in the pie. But the creators of Underalls get my nod for being the first to truly create a memorable commercial that used the combination of a existing product(a pair of pantyhose)and added another existing product (panties) to sell women on the idea that they were getting two products in one. But the product had purpose: to get rid of the dreaded unwanted pantie line. We might even call their creation a new product. You and your team might come up with a new product or even a related product that enhances something already on the market.

The ideas you receive from Source may fall within any of these well-known categories. Pay close attention to them. They are the critical part in the matrix of the idea. The completion or the end of the idea will take on one or more of these forms.

Remember, a new product is not really a new product per se, but rather a new way of merging existing materials into a new form or structure—an alchemical exploration. Thus, a new product is really a continuum of an existing product or a combination of parts from various existing products. Seen from this perspective, all products and services are really related products and related services. Nevertheless we will look at the big five as they are. A new product will be something you've never seen before. A related product will simply be a product that can be used in conjunction with another product or to supplement a product.

For instance, one company creates tape and another company creates a tape dispenser; one company sells prescription drugs and another company sells a nonprescription supplemental drug. Information of any kind may be sold online, in a bookstore, magazine rack or through a seminar. You can create a new media form or add your ideas to any of these existing mediums: television, radio, audio, books, podcasts, video hosting services, video games, web pages, etc. Services can be provided for just about anything.

Now, let’s take a look at the foundation for the matrix of the idea.

Your imagination is unlimited
The Source wants this co-creative process just as much as you do
Ideas are free of charge
The most important thing is to have fun.

Don't Get Impatient...Your Help Is On The Way! How to Allow Your Divine Mastermind Connections

Before I go on to step 3 in the matrix for creating million dollar ideas, I wanted to stop here and speak briefly about something that may concern many women who have never worked together with other women and also for the lone woman who wants to find others to mastermind with, but hasn't the slightest clue of how to go about it. My first piece of advice is this: Don't Get Your Panties In a Wad! (I once heard a well known female motivational speaker use this phrase, so I'm not speaking as some kind of neanderthal.) Nevertheless, I mean exactly what I say. Don't worry about how you are going to find others who will work with you. The universe has a way of bringing people together in the most unexpected ways.
One of the best ways to illustrate what I'm talking about is this quote from marketing and business strategy coach, Nancy Matthews, who left this wonderful message on her Facebook page. Here it is:

"Today walk with the awareness that the next person you meet could be "The One" - the one to bring a smile to your face, new business, the exact solution you were looking for, a new relationship and life long friend. Today let's treat those we meet "As If" they are that important - because they are."

She couldn't be more right.

As I stated earlier, Source (God, or Universal Mind, if you prefer) has a way of bringing people together and creating the environmental circumstance for your divine connections to take place. This means that it's not up to you to try to force things to happen. If you try to make things happen, you are going to quickly find out that trying to force what you want to happen will only prolong your desire because strength or force always builds up resistance or counter-force to whatever you want. That's the reason you should settle down and get into a spirit or attitude of gratitude and allowance. This doesn't mean to sit on your butt and do nothing. It simply means to work toward your goal with joy, believing that what you want--your intention--has already set things in motion. Learn to read the omens around you and look for those little signs that let you know that the universe is trying to tell you something. If you are an author, you'll love this story.
As many of you may know, Paulo Coelho's, The Alchemist has been one of the greatest inspirational books of all time. I had never heard of the book until my editor, Magdalene Pagratis, suggested that I read it a couple of years ago. I called Maggie one day when I was feeling down in the dumps. I was having myself a pity party over my lack of book sales. She listened quietly as I grumbled and complained about all the effort I had put into my books with only minimal results to show for it. When I was finished with my belly-aching she asked,” Have you ever read, The Alchemist?” I told her that I had never even heard of the book, and then I asked her for the author’s name because I would see if my local library had a copy for checkout.
The very next night when I got to work, I check my interoffice mailbox to see what kind of work my boss had left me to do. Inside, among memos and handouts, was a book a co-worker had left for me. The post-it note stuck to the book cover said that she knew I like to read books of a spiritual nature and that this particular book was going to be thrown away with all the other ones she never bothered to read.
As you might have guessed, it was a copy of The Alchemist. I knew this was no coincidence. My editor lives in Quebec, my co-worker, Bonnie, and I, live in Indianapolis. What do you think the odds would be that two women who have no knowledge of each other and who live almost a thousand miles apart, would want to get a particular book into my hands--and all within twenty-four hours. Because the timing of the events and the object in question(a single particular book) is so precise--the theory of coincidences has been shattered in the face of certainty. Carl Jung simply called this synchronicity. Needless to say,I dove straight into the book to find out what message the universe had for me.
I read the book first by myself, and then I read it along with my wife. I read it one final time by myself again—this time jotting down some of the key concepts in the book as I understood them. I had no idea that two years later I would deviate from writing non-fiction to release my first work of fiction based upon some of the principle I learned in The Alchemist. Perhaps, this is what the universe had in mind all along. But it's safe to say that none of us at the time had any idea that this was how things were going to work out. These two women didn't know that they were instrumental in helping me take my dream to the next level. And I never fail to try to help them whenever possible.
I have always been surrounded by wonderful women--women like my good friends Lily Finch of Alchemenergy, and Dorothy Lafrinere of womensselfesteem.com. I consider women like these my mentors. I hope that the remaining blogs will help create more relationships that will help us all fulfill our destiny. I will continue with step 3 of the matrix in the next blog.

STEP 2: Product Appeal

Catering to the Five Senses


Now that we have talked a little about needs, we need to talk about product appeal and how this dynamic ties in to meeting our basic needs. Whatever the idea given you, it must somehow appeal to any one or any combination of our five senses. All perception begins with the senses. We perceive internally as well as externally. For instance, our internal perception (proprioception) lets us know when we are tired or hungry. This means our physiology often dictates what we need and when we need it. Thus, an idea for a product or service is given by the Source and then given to men and women who will create something to meet the need. A tired body needs a bed to rest in, but the bed may take the form of any product for resting such as a hide-a-way bed, a waterbed, a futon, a hammock, air mattress or any other form of bedding that will make resting comfortable. A hotel along the interstate provides a good service combining the product (bed) and the place for the road weary traveler.

Our external perception or exeroception comes through our ability to see, hear, feel, smell and taste. Without these senses we would not be able to tell anything about our outside world. Thus, all products must appeal in some way to any one or any combination of our senses. Our senses help put flavor into our ideas. That is, the product must look good to us, feel good to us, taste good to us, sound good to us, smell good to us or provide us with some type of critical information or knowledge before we’ll buy it. Using the senses is the second step in the matrix of creating million ideas. When we added our knowledge of what appeals to our senses with our basic needs our matrix begins to take on form. How to Create Wealth by Meeting the Needs of Humanity


Make no mistake about it; you will be given ideas to create wealth because this was an intention put forth by Source before you ever gained consciousness in this physical reality. If you don’t believe me take a look at your situation right now. Where are your friends and family members right now? Are they sitting there with you as you read this blog? Probably not. Why not? Because this blog and the book, Holistic Business Success for Women, is a physical manifestation of an idea intentionally sent forth into this physical reality specifically for women who the Source intended to receive it.

Also, my purpose, intention and desire to see women fulfill their purpose and destiny by bringing forth a creative expression of themselves is a vibrational match to your own desire to fulfill your own purpose and destiny. In addition, the timing and need for this blog is in direct alignment with the intention of our Source. So, as far as you and I are concerned, we are engage in a synergistic activity. There’s no doubt in my mind that you and your group will bring forth something that I will take pleasure in, either directly or indirectly. That is to say, you and your group may bring forth a new cosmetic for women. I might not wear it, but I most certainly will enjoy looking at the woman who does. There’s always a need for something, and meeting needs, which is the first part of the matrix, is our primary objective, our focus. Needs and ideas are eternally linked. That is to say, without a need, an idea for a product or service to meet that need never comes into consciousness. And without an idea, which turns into a manifested product or service, a need cannot be fulfilled. Learn to sleep, eat and drink the following five basic needs. Repeated them over and over again if you have to. I'm sure that someone can add to this list, but were working in groups of five. There is a fourth supplemental group which can be added to our matrix but that will come a little later. I'm sure that someone else could probably come up with another addition to the list, but you'll find that any addition can be drawn from any one of the five existing needs in our list. For now, all I want you to think about is the 'Big Five.'

People usually think of the first three as being the foundational needs of every human being but nothing is further from the truth. People usually think in this limited way because they are only thinking in terms of what keeps the body safe. This is narrow-minded thinking. Without relationship and the need to exchange some kind of information all is meaningless. Could you imagine having every thing you could ever dream of and not have any other human to talk to and enjoy these things with you? I think not. You need relationship as much as you need food and water. The secret to the success of the internet lies within its’ ability to merge the dynamic of relationship and information into a myriad of websites designed to connect people and facilitate relationship. This is something to keep in mind when you get an idea for something to sell online.
So, start with the notion of how to meet any one of these five basic needs. This is the foundation of the Matrix of Ideas; learn them, and learn them well. The second step is coming up.

Synergy, Co-Creation and Unstoppable Women!

Synergy, as a natural, philosophical and spiritual principle can be defined by any of the following;

1. The combined action or operation of several parts working together to enhance the overall good of the whole
2. A mutually advantageous conjunction or compatibility of distinct business participants as resources
3.Women working together to co-create a product that will make the lives of people better

The key here is involvement and reinforcement. As a collective group, each of you in particular, will reinforce the whole (your group) by your active committed involvement to the group process. You will bounce ideas off each other through dialog. This will not be a hard thing to do. Remember, the ideas you come up with have already been thought out by the Source. There is no such thing as a stupid idea. Do you think God is stupid? Of course, not! Ideas are linked to purpose. Purpose has to do with having an aim or goal. That means the Source has an aim or goal for the good of the whole and He wants you to take place in the co-creative process. This brings us to another aspect of why ideas come: The time is right.

Timing is everything. Someone once said, “There’s nothing greater than an idea whose time has come.” Seen from this perspective we can see that the timing of an idea is directly linked to the need for the idea. For example, the car, the airplane, the telephone, and the internet all have one thing in common: All of them are vehicles to bring people together in one way or another as they bridge the gap between space and time with more speed. If we can’t connect with people physically, we can, virtually, as thousands of miles can be traversed in a matter of seconds. I find it strange that although governments attempt to fragment and separate people, drawing lines in the sands to protect their so-called piece of turf, their specific isms, or to infiltrate other cultures with their political ideologies, the universe keeps giving out ideas to bring the whole together. Don’t argue with this fact, just observe it.

Yes, the Source wants you to participate in the co-creation of your world, but he doesn’t wait for you to decide if you’re going to follow through with the idea he gives you, the idea is simply made available for anyone who will move on it. Thus, when it comes to the timing and need of inventions you will find that a single idea has the ability to move across various regions of our planet in no time flat.

For instance, it is said that New Zealand farmer and inventor, Richard William Pearse flew and landed a version of the airplane on March 31, 1903, about nine months before the Wright brothers. If you were to asked the Brazilians they would tell you Santos-Durmont invented the airplane because he rounded the Eiffel Tower in a motorized machine in 1901. The issue is not who did what first, but the fact that the idea did not belong to any one man. There really are no firsts in the realm of ideas. What I want you to pay attention to is the timing of the manifestations of the idea in this instance.

In regard to the idea of a motorized way to travel in the air, the inventors and the timing of their invention are pretty close together, no matter who did what first or who got the first patent. The fact of the matter is no single person invented all the parts of the airplane. Someone invented the wings, the tail, and various other parts. Remember earlier that I told you that ideas and their physical manifestations are a part of the universal continuum. When we bring forth an idea into this physical reality we are simply adding to the continuum. This should eliminate the need for any ego trips as you work within the group. As a side note, an argument could be made that Leonardo Da Vinci first conceptualized the idea for an airplane. Perhaps he was the first, perhaps he wasn't. The fact of the matter is this: man has probably wanted to fly every since he saw the birds do it. If you think about something long enough you will find a way to do it. That's what I want you to do--think!

No Intention--No Money--No Way to Feed the Kids! How to Create Million Dollar Ideas Through Group Synergy

When you have become aware of your desire, it’s time to add intention to it. Intention, purpose, and desire are locked together like a divine trinity.


Wayne Dyer, in his lecture, The Secrets of the Power of Intention once said, “Intention is not something that has anything to do my ego at all. Intention is a Field of energy in the universe.” That is to say, intention, as far as its use in a business model, is devoid of the need to compete against another business because the need to compete is ego based.

No matter how we try to move forward in this discussion, we will inevitably come back again and again to this theme of synergy and holism. To adopt a synergistic attitude is a far better mindset to hold than to cling to the antiquated ideas of competition and domination. The latter stem from the idea that a single part is better than the whole. In other words, most corporate thinking is based on the notion that someone has to be number one. Don't get me wrong; there's nothing wrong with a company rising to the top in its chosen field, provided that the company is not looking to cut off the head of its competitors. This has proven to be an ineffective business strategy because the cutting of heads often lead to the cutting of jobs, the cutting of benefits, reduced wages and rampant outsourcing, the dismantling of the U.S. corporate structure and family life as a whole. This is the way that men do business--it should not be your way. If you don't believe me, look around; women, by and large, did not get the country in the current fix it now find itself in. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to form a cohesive mastermind group and tap in to the power of intention. The desire to create a better life for yourself is evident. Now its time to put purpose and intention behind your desire.

The beauty behind the meaning of intention lies within this thought: All creation has been intended and created on purpose from the Source, the Field of divine energy and intelligence. As such, all things are connected by intention to intention. Thus, all things are full of the power of intention.

Remember, it has already been established that ideas are non-exclusive because they are contained within the Field. In other words, ideas flow from the Source into the minds of men and women. Thus, everything you see is a Source idea. The Source provides the ideas, the materials and the know-how to bring things into manifestation. If you and your group are really aware of the divine connection between Source and yourselves, you will tap into this Field and things will flow freely.

Again, intention flows from the Source into the hearts and minds of men and women on a non-exclusive basis. Everyone, and I repeat, everyone, has access to the Field. You are within the Field and the Field is within you. What is required is an awareness of this statement as an experiential truth. Again, intention is contained within the Field and you are a part of this Field. Thus, ideas are freely given right along with intention--to bring or manifest these ideas into tangible forms.

Do not look at intention as merely as setting your mind upon something you want. Instead, look at intention in regard to the whole. It’s not about what you want, but what is good, enjoyable, pleasurable and beneficial to the whole, including yourself. Again the ego must dissolve into the whole. This is where synergy comes in. The group process is a wonderful way of moving several women into the realm of synergy to create great products and services. Always remember, the name of the game is Synergy. But what exactly is synergy? The answer is coming up in the next blog.

No Desire-- No Money! How to Create Million Dollar Ideas Through Group Synergy

What is this thing we call desire?

Well, what do you think it is? Is it a longing or craving? Is it lust? Is it want, a wish for something? All of these things have been called desire at one time or another. Perhaps, desire is a combination of all of the above or perhaps not.
Since the description of a thing is never the thing itself, we must look outside the word desire to experience it. To truly know what desire is, you must lose every definition of the word in order to experience it. And that’s exactly what desire comes closet to; an experience. Inside the experience is an observable magnetic pull toward purpose, and only the one with the desire feels or senses this pull.

You see, in reality most people seldom come in contact with desire. Without an awareness of who we are apart from what we have been conditioned to be, our desires (or what we think are our desires) are only implanted scripts designed to get us to behave in a certain way. Thus, most people are psychologically shaped and manipulated to act a certain way to benefit other people. That is to say, most of us are like sheep headed to the slaughter, just ripe for the 'pickins' for any new psychological technique, trick or ploy used by advertisers to get us to buy things. Thus, our desires are not really our desires at all but the wants and wishes of the corporations who pay handsomely to have these advertising agencies program the brand into our conscious and subconscious minds. Wants and wishes are not true desires because they can be planted by sources outside of us. Remember, a desire is an observable inward pull to something that can only be witnessed by the observer himself.

But aren’t we going to do the same things…give people a desire for our products?

Again, do away with the word, desire, for now. You can generate or induce a want but you can’t produce or induce a true desire. You can generate a wish or craving for something, but you can’t produce or induce a desire. Shrewd businessmen and women who employ people skilled in the area of psychology do so because they want to know what drives and motivate people to buy and what makes them keep on buying. Just keep in mind that when we are talking about ideas for creating products or services for people, we are talking about tapping into what a person might want or wish he or she had to make their life a little easier. In other words, the desire originates with the individual himself through a thought. The thought is then picked up in the field of consciousness.

For instance, someone had to say to himself,
"Gee, I wish I had something small enough to carry these small items on the plane with me. I don't need a big suitcase." Enter— carry-on luggage.
or

"Boy, I want something to eat but I don’t feel like cooking anything and I can’t afford to eat out. Enter—a hot pocket or any other microwavable frozen dish.


Somewhere along the line, someone was given the idea to make these products and you can bet that someone told them it was a lame idea because the food would spoil, or that no one could use a small bag on an airplane. Of course, I couldn’t get any more basic than this. But we’re talking about the basics, aren’t we? An idea doesn’t have to be overly technical; it only has to be functional. The amazing thing about this is that the person who had the initial thought,the desire, is seldom the one who will create the product or service. Perhaps, a year or so down the line, he'll see some infomercial where some guy has taken over the idea and is now making millions off it. The most important thing to keep in mind is that a true desire originates within the person when he wants something that will make life easier for himself. As for the women reading this blog, your desire is to make your life better, happier, by becoming financially stable. This is your core desire, and no one else gave it to you. Quite to the contrary--everybody else wants your money--the bill collectors, the government, or perhaps your kids. I'm probably the cheapest guy on the block because I'll probably upload the Holistic Business Success for Women ebook to a couple of sites for less than $5.00.

All in all, if you’re reading this blog, keep in mind that desire has drawn you to it. This indicates that there is an inward pull, a knowing, that you’re supposed to bring forth something into this physical reality. You are ripe to receive a million dollar idea when you have desire.

Ideas; The Stuff Dreams Are Made Of

“Tell me, what exactly is an idea and how do I come up with one?”


I'm glad you asked.

Well, first of all, you—by yourself--are not going to have to come up with anything because it’s not about you, remember? It’s about the whole. You are not alone in this creative process, but will be working right along side other women who will add their intention and power to an idea that Source will give you. That brings us to this very important point: Ideas do not belong to any one individual. If Bill Gates had not received the vision for Microsoft you can bet that someone else would have. Ideas, as non-tangible thought forms, belong to the realm of the transcendent. Let’s take a look at what an idea is so that you’ll get a better picture of what I’m talking about.

An idea can be defined by any of the following:

A transcendent entity that is a real pattern of which existing things are
imperfect representations…
A visible representation of a conception: a replica of a pattern…
An entity (as a thought, concept, sensation, or image) actually or
potentially present to consciousness….

You should have picked up on the words, ‘a transcendent entity.’ When we say that something is transcendent we simply mean that something—whatever that ‘something’ is-- exists apart from the material universe.

For instance, a business entity does not have form per se, but we still treat it as a separate living thing apart from whoever files the corporate papers with their state offices. However, we are not talking about this kind of entity because this kind of entity can be seen in the material world only after the idea has taken form. This is extremely important for you to get because when we are talking about ideas we are talking about much more than the end or the manifestation of the product, we’re talking about the beginnings.

Every idea and every form for the idea already exists within the Field. When we say that someone invented this or that, the truth of the matter is that they did not invent anything—they simply acted as a channel for the idea to come into this physical reality. I know this is a great blow to ego of the inventor. But every inventor knows that his invention is part of a continuum. The inventor does not make something from nothing. Every organic and inorganic substance is indigenous, natural or naturally inherent in this environment. The purpose behind the idea is to manipulate known substances into various forms to enhance life for all creation. Thus your job is simply to receive the idea from the Field and facilitate the merging of the transcendent with the material.

You are part of this Field. Some call the Field God, Source, Goddess and various other names which attempt to capture the meaning of the Divine. In our third definition of the word, idea, you find this language: an entity actually or potentially present to consciousness. Remember this phrase; potentially present to consciousness. This ties in to the fact that the existing pattern for anything is available for download—so to speak—for every being of consciousness.
You may have always thought you were not as smart as other people, but when it comes to creative ideas, it’s not about education (though that may help) or IQ (though that may help too), it’s all about ones ability to see themselves through the eyes of the Divine and to know that God wants the very best for you in the here and now. Yes, creative ideas are not only given to help mankind but they are also given in order that you can create a better life for yourself.

Also, when it comes to ideas, don’t every try to compare yourself with anybody else. Don’t say, I’m not this or that. You are where you are right now because of your thoughts. And you can only get to the next level of financial prosperity by your thought life. Anyway, regarding smart people, there are millions of smart people in the world who don’t have two nickels in their pocket to rub together.

Now, we have determined that ideas and their patterns already exist within the Field, the Mind of God. Since we know that ideas come from the Field, let’s talk briefly about why they come.


Ideas may come at any time when any one of the following has been sent forth by any individual into the Field. We would all like to think that ideas only come to the upright or those with outstanding moral character. However, if you’re living in reality, you know nothing is further from the truth. There’s a Biblical quote that says, God makes his rain to shine on the just and the unjust.” We might also add, “He makes his ideas to fall on the just and the unjust too.” Good ideas come to those want them. That is to say, if there is no desire, there is no idea. And if there is no idea, there is no financial prosperity. Let's take a brief look at this thing called desire. It is the first of the 'big five' and a major reason why money-making ideas come.

Holistic Business Success for Women

When I first wrote the book Holistic Business Success for Women: How to Create Million Dollar Ideas Through Group Synergy, we were less than two months away from the general elections of 2008. It was mid September, and long standing corporate giant, Merrill Lynch, was forced to sell out to Bank of America and Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy to the tune of $639 billion, by far, the largest bankruptcy filing in U.S. history at that time.

On September 15, 2008, the Dow lost 504 points, the lowest point drop since the stock market reopened after September 11, 2001. It was estimated that about $700 billion was swallowed up in this financial fiasco. That is to say, people lost their money in their investment portfolios, retirement plans, government pension funds, and the like. Perhaps, you are one of the women who lost money in these banking crises. Perhaps you were also among the number of women who lost their house during this mortgage crisis. If you meet any of these criteria, all is not lost—even though it might feel like it.

I was hoping by the time the book came to print things would have changed hopefully for the better. But since they did not, you must learn to forge ahead undaunted by what’s happening all around you.

Security is extremely important to you, perhaps more so than men. Men somehow think they can rebound from anything. They often pack up and leave at the drop of a hat to follow what they believe is a golden opportunity. However, this is not necessarily true for most women. You think about your family first and worry about how things will get done, if you’ll be able to keep medical insurance, a roof over your head, feed your family, keep your kids in school and the like. You have always been a multitasker, juggling family, job and your relationships. The issue for you is not about rebounding from anything, but in maintaining some stability in your life.

However, nothing is ever as stable as you would like it to be, is it? The universe is never static. Everything is always in transition. Change--although you may not like it --is inevitable. Thus, changes in the your personal situation, your relationships, and the economy or inevitable. You may not like it, but it is what it is. To counter catastrophic change, you must learn to change and adapt yourself to whatever the current political or socio-economic climate is at the time. Of course, it’s very difficult to live in the world but not be a part of the world’s system or the worlds’ way of doing things—this includes business and the current way of structuring and doing business. I’m sure that it was just as difficult for business owners 2000 years ago as it is for us today. You may not think that it was but the people of antiquity might say otherwise.

Nevertheless, living in the world but never being caught up by the way the world does thing is exactly what Jesus preached to his disciples. Thus, during this period of economic change women must not respond by panic or worry. A completely different paradigm must take hold of your mind. Believe it or not, just because it seems like things are going down the tube you can ride a wave to the top. Although people suffered greatly during the great depression, there were many people who made more than their fair share during this lean time in American History.

The mind is truly a terrible thing to waste and there are many women who are not only wasting their minds—they’re losing their minds! Some women are losing their mind because they trusted men to have their best interest at heart. Since men continue to be the power brokers, the gatekeepers and lawmakers, their view of how to best implement and lead our social, political, and financial institutions has always been selfishly one-sided and primarily exclusive to anyone who does not have a penis—at least, in the top levels of our major institutions.
The narrow-minded view that competition as oppose to synergy was the way to go has come home to roost. This is not an intellectual, political or social argument. There is no argument. The fact is this: a competitive environment is often a breeding ground for greed, cut throat tactics, hidden alliances and everything else imaginable and unimaginable. It is enough to make anyone lose their respect for the corporate world, and people in general.

However, losing your mind is not an option right now. The only option for you is to do your part in changing the way business is done and in doing so create a product, related product, new media, or service that will benefit humanity and in turn create prosperity for yourself and all those willing to come on your team. In addition, your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to create a new model for doing business and prove to the world the mutual cooperation is better than the competition. Inspirational author and speaker, Wayne Dyer says, “change the way you look at things and the things you look at will change.”

In this blog I want to ignite a deep change in feminine consciousness, the deepest part of every woman who has a desire to start her own business or for women who already have an existing business, so that she can have greater control over her financial future without giving way to men, whose chief objective seems to always be to ‘keep women in their place.’ I want you, the divine woman, to see through to the truth of your own divinity and power to create a better life for tapping into the financial ideas that have been waiting for you since the foundation of the world.

There is no lack in the universe, therefore no lack of money in the United States or elsewhere on this planet and thus, no lack of ideas. Even though financial institutions rise and fall, I believe you can create enough wealth to weather any storm, and in doing so, bring others along with you by working together with women of like mind, like motive, and like passion, to create a sound business entity. I can think of a number of reasons why this is the perfect time for the emergence of more women businesses and the creation of new products and services.

Yes, this is your time. Women have many advantages and some disadvantages when it comes to business. Both can be used to motivate you to take more control over your financial destiny. Here are a few things to think about.


Women have a greater knowledge of products or related products because they
are the primary users of these products.
Women give greater attention to the detail of things.
Women are the largest consumer of all manufactured products.
Women are still under-represented in the business community.
Women wages still lag far behind that of men.


We heard a lot about teamwork over the years but I’m not talking about that kind of teamwork—the kind of teamwork where managers try to sell employees on their value and worth to the company in order to increase productivity and sales. No, I’m not talking about the kind of teamwork preached in boardrooms, auditoriums, or various company in-services where only lip service is paid to the customer as if he or she is a separate entity apart from the company. The truth of the matter is the customer has always been a part of the team but has had little recognition as a contributing member of the business structure. But all of that is about to change with you. You are about to come in contact with experiential synergy through the group dynamic. So gather up about four of your girlfriends—only those friends or associates who truly believe the universe has something more to offer them than doom and gloom.
